"What's the hidden message within Masuda's tweets?"

Junichi Masuda is known for teasing game titles. Recently he posted three pictures with a clear, blue sky or some clouds. There are also buildings or trees.What's the message? I saw somebody talking about how the trees resemble rowans (thus reference to prof. Rowan). The buildings in the background could be something from Jubilee City.
