"Another way of getting the other Starters in PLA"

I heard that you have to go get the space time distortions in order to find the other starters, but that’s not the only way.I’m doing side quests, and I’m stuck at the Sea’s Legends quest. I figured I’d talk to the professor and see he’d give me more information, cause I forgot.He goes, “Hey, why don’t you take these other two starters, cause they might be hella bored inside this whole time?”Free starters of the two you didn’t pick.
