"Swanna should be in SWSH"

Swans in the UK are protected by the Queen and she "Owns" all of the unmarked mute swans that swim in open water. Killing swans in the UK could see an unlimited fine and 6 months in jail. With Galar being based on the UK you'd expect Swanna to be at least available if not have a regional variant.
