"My 'Haunted House'-themed gym!"

I think themed gyms would be pretty cool instead of the traditional type-based gyms. I love horror, so if I were a gym leader I would make a "Haunted House" gym! Here is my trainer card for it.My trainer name would be Daphne in honor of Scooby Doo, and each Pokemon on my team represents a trope in classic western haunted house/castle settings. They are:Umbreon: a black catTrevenant: the haunted forest surrounding the propertyHoundoom: the hell hound that warns of doomAegislash: suits of armor that totally won't come aliveGengar: good 'ol ghostsCrobat: ...bats!Type-wise I feel like Crobat is an outlier because the rest are either dark or ghost, but at least Gengar is also poison. Plus, referencing Scooby Doo, the very first scene of the classic opening is bats flying out of the haunted house. So I think it works!I love this theme because I can combine some of my favorite Pokemon (especially Umbreon) and favorite tropes in ways that type-based gyms wouldn't allow.
