"Eviolite"

Do you think that Eviolite (raises defenses of Pokemon that can still evolve) and Everstone (prevents evolution) should be combined into one item? Or would you be in favor of being able to "turn off" evolutions for individual Pokemon? I think these would be quality of life improvements for playing through the game which is why I am asking. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/q6YeJlw
