"Improving Starter Pokémon"

Take a starter Pokémon and make small changes(Hidden Ability, reasonable stat changes) to make them more viable competitively. I feel like all starter Pokémon should be at least decent or have a role they could play in competitive. Some are really good(Incineroar, Cinderace, Rillaboom) but some are just plain bad. They don't have to become crazy op Pokémon but what are the pokémon you would improve and how? For example I would give Toterra Thick Fat as it's HA and take 10 BP from its Sp Attack and put them into its HP. This gives it a better chance and being a tank and utilizing its bulk to go with its movepool of Leech Seed, Synthesis, Stealth Rocks, etc. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/0ExvT2P
