Serebii recently updated their list of available Pokémon in SV based on the ones that appeared in the latest trailer from the championships, so I took a few minutes to compare the Pokédexes from the four completely intercompatible games (that is, those that can exchange Pokémon using HOME: SwSH, Arceus, BDSP, SV) and identified the following 18 Pokémon that cannot appear in any game on the Switch:PatratWatchogPansageSimisagePansearSimisearPanpourSimipourSewaddleSwadloonLeavannyDucklettSwannaFurfrouPikipekTrumbeakToucannonMiniorNow, this isn't to say that this list is definitive; it's possible that they may still be in Teal Mask/Indigo Disk, after all.
