"Gym Bounty"

#PokemonGO: Gym defenders gain a huge advantage by maintaining static gyms that are only rarely contested. Gym attackers, however, are dissuaded from attacking large gyms as smaller gyms are more rewarding fodder.I suggest a gym bounty that rises over time if a gym is not contested, maxing out at 7 days. The gym bounty bestows extra rewards to attackers, providing an incentive to fell the gym. This could be extra experience or small amounts of stardust.
