"Props to Niantic for quite a sensible freemium model from the players POV"

#PokemonGO: I'm definately not an expert on the subject so kindly hate on my message if I'm completely off here.Pokemon Go is the first mobile game I'm more than happy to spend a couple of monies on since ever. Often in mobile games, when there is something to use money on, it's really hard to get your monies worth with the purchase and you are not even necessary sure what you are buying. In PoGo it's very clear what you get with your coin and the prices are moderate. Sure, no one in their right mind is buying 20 regular poke balls with 1 EUR but everything else can be good value. For example the storage upgrade: you will do completely fine without it BUT if you want to keep a living pokedex while still being able to mass evolve and hold on to different Hypnos and Golducks etc. you will need to buy a couple of upgrades and 2 EUR a pop is cheap for the priviledge. TL;DR: The shop is mainly really good value and the benefetis of buying are clear. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2dUkbyR
