"Winter is coming, don't ruin your phone..."

#PokemonGO: With winter around the corner for many Canadians(or already here for some) I just wanted to mention that playing PoGo in very cold temperatures is potentially Hazardous to your phone....I used to work for a company handling warrantiess of cell phones and when winter hit we always got a torrent of calls where customer's phones died due to cold weather or from the transition from cold outside to warm inside.And also note, most warranties will not cover your phone if the device was operated in temperatures below 0 degrees.iPhones are particularly bad for this (sorry Apple) via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2ec6Ymd
