"70% of the players of my town are gps spoofers using the apps."

#PokemonGO: There are currently some apps that are basically spoofing the gps. During the events we hold massive lure festivals to help and meet everyone .We talk about spoofing and other problems and all teams admit they have way too many spoofers in their chats(facebook chats). Also the majority of people attending the events are spoofers who came to brag who they are.I ve reported all of them to niantic but it appears nothing is happening.My question is: Cant niantic ban those apps from integrating with its app?
