"Halloween Event End Time - When Hawaii hits Midnight?"

#PokemonGO: After having a look at the timezones around the world, it appears Hawaii is the last one to hit 12am on the 1st. It's currently 3.40pm in Australia on the 2nd, yet Hawaii is still 7.40pm on the 1st.Would it be reasonable to assume this event is going until there's no one left on the 1st?
