#PokemonGO: Just think, if Pokemon's stats were more balanced... CP, Defense, HP, the whole nine yards...And Pokemon were placed in gyms in order of level instead of CP.Just going to gyms, seeing much more variety. Aside from dominant gyms just being filled with Snorlax, Lapras, Arcanine, etc... You might see a competent gym with a Starmie, Kabutops, Pinsir, Alakazam, Gengar, Ninetails... And them actually not being relatively horrid gym defenders.Much more pokemon being viable. Much more Pokemon having more of a relevant purpose as a defender.IF things were much more balanced, I think it'd be a better idea to order defenders by level, rather than CP. So what if a certain lower level Pokemon has a higher CP than a higher level one? In a more impartial Pokemon landscape, that wouldn't be the end all be all. What if the higher level Pokemon was just much more tanky, but wasn't necassarily meant to be as vicious as another species? What if type advantages meant more?What if more Pokemon had their own effective role as a worthy combatant?
