"Account Sharing Team"

#PokemonGO: There is a local team of players that completely dominate my area (They all have a tag in front of their usernames). Nearly all of their gyms are lvl 10. Recently I engaged in a war with them taking down their top tier gyms several times a week. After i took them they would be gone within an hour or so. I always wondered how they could be so coordinated. So last time i took down one of their gyms I waited a bit to see if they would show up. What I discovered was a single person in their car. She beat my gym, put two bubble accounts in, and got it up to 10 in less than 15 minutes. Then I watched her put 8 different accounts in one by one which were all lvl 35+... Back to square one. Seriously, how can anybody compete with this!?!? Spending 30-40 minutes per gym just to watch one person drop an entire team into a gym. Reported but probably nothing will happen.
