#PokemonGO: When the Lapras event was announced there was rumors spreading that the famous Japanese plastic surgeon, Dr. Katsuya Takatsu, had offered Niantic a large sum of money to host a Snorlax in Kumamoto in an effort to re-establish tourism in the area after the big Earthquake last year.
