"What type of pokemon do Lures and Incense spawn?"

#PokemonGO: The only posts about this I've seen are many months old and I was wondering if there is any new research on this topic. If I use a lure or incense at a nest, do the nesting pokemon, who are not normally in that biome, have an increased spawn rate?
