#PokemonGO: It occurs to me that the official Niantic support accounts are just for finding bugs, but the game hasn't fundamentally changed in months and Niantic employees should know about existing bugs because we now know they read TSR and r/pokemongo.I think these new accounts are meant to deal with new bugs that will inevitably arise with the release of a game-changing update.Niantic is probably releasing a gym rework (and hopefully direct battles?) in the next few days/weeks, and they realize that it will bring lots of players back to the game. Casual players tend to be more off-put by bugs and glitches, so Niantic needs a fast way to find and patch bugs before returning players become frustrated and leave again. And we're they're best resource!TSR in particular has a reputation for painstakingly cataloguing every minute detail we can glean from this game. People take pride in finding new glitches and bugs before anyone else.
