"[question] Obsessive group of local players is harassing everyone else into quitting, is there anything that can be done?"

#PokemonGO: A group of players in my area have taken over every last gym in the area and are easily in 50+ gyms, and do nothing other than play Pogo, so whenever anyone touches a gym around here they go there immediately. If the attacker is still there they start having a meltdown at whoever is doing it, and if anyone outside their group regardless of team joins a gym, this group makes alternate accounts with insulting names or names with untrue accusations of cheating for them to put in gyms even weeks later. It's now unusual here to see a name of anyone other than this group or a name like "[player]isafeg" or "[player]spoofs" in a gym. These accounts get reported all the time, but they only add a number at the end when they're forced to make a name change. These accounts have been reported countless times but the numbers keep going up and up with no other change. How many name changes for getting reported does it take for someone to finally get banned?
