"Evolving High Leveled Pokemon Regardless of IV's"

#PokemonGO: My biome has Growlithe and Abra spawns quite frequently, and as of late, I've been evolving level 25+ versions of the two regardless of their IV's, low as they might be.I figured since I'm sitting on plenty of Abra / Growlithe candies I might as well evolve them, seeing how "Darkanine" can be a decent Mewtwo counter with Snarl and Crunch and Alakazam is an overall great glass cannon.The biggest advantage is that I don't have to spend a single piece of dust on any of them (I mostly evolve level 29~30's).I'm curious to know if any of you guys do the same, and if so, which Pokemon do you evolve without taking IV's into account. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2xwAhFk
