"Pokémon GO Stadium Report"

#PokemonGO: Lurker here. Not used to posting on Reddit but Go ahead and Ask me anything in the comments.Background: I live in Japan and have been in Yokohama for the past 3 days. My friend won tickets and took me and another friend into the stadium.[GETTING IN] Lines started moving at around 5:20 with a 6pm start time. Lots of people were looking for groups to allow them to take their 3rd or 4th spot with varying degrees of success. Bag check, then you were ushered inside and into a pen designated by the crew.[INSIDE] We were in the first group let inside of the stadium. Once inside you were told to wait until they played this introduction video: http://ift.tt/2vxRG1z you were given a QR code on a card and were instructed to click on any pokestop or Gym and scan it. It scanned a lot faster than expected and in a second you were allowed to begin spinning the pokestop size and ownerless gyms.The gyms were NOT able to be taken by any team. Also, because of the way you were penned in, it was hard to reach more than the one gym you were placed on unless you had been put in the middle area.[RAID] We were told to wait to join the raid but I joined as soon as the timer started and we all had 15 min to complete the raid-- which was odd because the timer only said 9. I got 54. And it was overkill since the catch rate was 100%. As they indicated before we began, EVERYONE WAS LEAVING WITH A MEWTWO.Also, once you beat one raid, all 3 gym displayed the raid complete badge.you could only fight him once[EXPERIENCE] The network errors and etc that plagued Chicago were alleviated by having only a certain number of people in the stadium at a time, so after we got ours, and the 15 minutes expired, we were ushered out so the next group could come in.Users who had trouble with the raid and didn't catch Mewtwo were instructed on their exit that so long as they scanned the QR code their account would be credited with one anyway, so no worries.All in all, it was extremely smooth and rewarding.http://ift.tt/2wIQQxo I forgot to add anything, ask me. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2uUWc6G
