"What Happened to Charged TMs?"

#PokemonGO: I do a lot of legendary raids, and charged TMs seem to be much more rare now than when this study was released:http://ift.tt/2jYeP9w have done 50 Raikou raids this month and gotten a total of 6 charged TMs from them, which is roughly 25% of the previous drop rate. Updated data on drop rates would be helpful for deciding whether to do tier 4 or tier 5 raids when all you care about is charged TMs (with the current abundance in stardust and powerful 2k egg hatches, charged TMs are becoming my bottleneck in getting high IVs, high level pokemon with good moves).
