"Anyone else suddenly unable to solo raids because of lag?"

#PokemonGO: Previously I have been able to solo Gengar raids, with all movesets. A few days ago I soloed Gengar with Shadow Ball with five seconds left. However, yesterday and today I have tried to solo Gengar with Shadow Ball, without even getting close. I'm now able to get off much fewer charge attacks, and dodging a lot less charge attacks because of lag. One example of the problem was when I dodged with Alakazam, and I got the 'Dodged' message and only a slight HP-decrease – however, half a second later Alakazam is one-shotted by Gengar, even though Gengar hasn't made a new charge attack in the meantime. Pretty impossible to win with this sort of lag...So, at first, I was thinking that I just unlucky with the timing. But I tried five times yesterday and three times today. And I didn't even get close. I'm using and iPhone SE that is almost brand new. I'm restarting the raid before every attempt.Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Soloing raids has been the meta for me the last months, but it looks like I'm gonna be taking a break from the game, if lag in the game makes it impossible to solo raids that I very recently have been able to solo somewhat comfortably. It's just a waste of time and money. My suspicion that it wasn't just me being incompetent was confirmed when after my sixth attacker fainted, and then Gengar just kept going with fast and charge attacks for 15-20 seconds, even though I had no Pokemon fighting.
