"Huge stuttering/Lag issue since event started."

#PokemonGO: Hello. Ever since the event started. My buddies and I have been getting some insane lag spikes on all of our devices. We never had these issue just until the event started and this is affecting both Android and iOS devices that we have.In the video Here You see that when I am catching entei. You can see that the screen is fine and then it starts stuttering, and then sets fine and it keeps on going.This affected us last night when we were capturing the new pokemon as well as older generation pokemon.
