"Are Snorlax and Dragonite common rares for Mt. Moon biome?"

#PokemonGO: I usually play most of the time in my neighborhood which has tons of spawn points and yesterday there were two dragonites at my house and possibly more that i didn’t see and then today a Snorlax spawned. These two along with Togetic are typically the only rares i seem to get here besides Donphan and Ursaring but i don’t really call those rare as they spawn a lot. I don’t find anything interesting like Dodrios or Venusaurs but simply those 3. I have a ton. Can anyone else that lives in a Mt.
