"Game essentially unplayable "GPS Signal Not Found (11)" on iPhone 6."

#PokemonGO: I have to restart on average 5 times in a row to get the app to function for about 15 minutes before going through it again. My avatar's location seems to update once every 5 seconds or so, and the app tends to freeze forcing me to go back to restarting it.If I leave the app and come back to it, I get "GPS Signal Not Found" reliably. So I am no longer able to use a Go+ unless I leave the app open.Even when the app is open, I find that PokemonGo is not notifying the Go+ that there is a pokemon or pokestop nearby about 50% of the time. I tested this earlier and it failed to notify for a HootHoot I was standing on top of for about 10 minutes before I just got sick of waiting and caught it, and 2 other pokemon that spawned manually.Edit 1: It happens regardless of Low Power Mode being on or off.Edit 2: Most of you say "does google maps work". The answer is "yes" also I downloaded Draconius Go just to check out what all the fuss was about and I opened it up and tested it. None of these issues persist in that app, and my GPS is much more stable and accurate. (I'm standing directly on top of my unit in Draconius vs. standing in the grass outside my unit in Pokemon).Edit 3: As /u/vthswolfpack mentioned, for others reading this, try opening google maps while playing. Once they mentioned that I remembered I used this method last winter to help fix my buggy GPS from the cold. In hindsight over the last few days when google maps has been open my sessions in Pokemon Go have been far more stable than without. This could be worth trying.Edit 4: I didn't notice iOS 11.1 was out until someone mentioned it. I'm going to update to that now. But seeing how many different devices and OSs are experiencing the exact same problem I highly doubt this is an isolated incident or that it is unique to iOS. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2hINxRa
