"GPS drifting while selecting attackers kicks you out of the gym battle"

#PokemonGO: Sometimes selecting an optimal team to take down a full motivation gym takes quite a bit of time, especially when autoselect keeps picking all my Rhydons and Hurricane Dragonites. Which is normally fine, except very often the "Battle" button will become grayed out because my character has drifted out of range.The problem is, even when my character drifts back into range, the "Battle" button remains grayed out; the only solution is to exit and rejoin. This of course forces me to re-select my team again from scratch, thus creating an infinitely pointless loop.Is there a solution to this? I've tried simply turning off GPS after entering the battle select, but that also prevents me from clicking the "Battle" button. At the risk of going into grey territory, is there a way (on Android, at least) to temporarily fix your GPS location to where it's currently at?Really there is no reason the game needs to continue querying your GPS location after you enter team selection. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2jiRxvd
