"GPS Error 11 - Re-produceable error"

#PokemonGO: today i finally found at least 1 reason for the GPS Error 11:When i give a hotspot to my friend, i get 5-10 sec later a GPS 11 Error.As soon as i deactivate my Hotspot, i mystically get back my GPS.This is re-produceable.BUT: I still have often GPS Error 11 even without the hotspot, although at least i now have found a way to trigger it...Android: 8.0.0Device: Sony Xperia XZ 1 compactBattery: 83% (because some said it's because of low energy, NO)Connection: 3 bars of H+ALL OTHER APPS WORKS PERFECT!
