"If Gyarados gets Waterfall how does its meta change?"

#PokemonGO: With many people speculating or hoping that Gyarados gets waterfall as a quick move, what quick move would it lose? Trying to think of how the meta changes based on the potential loss of each quick move since almost everyone has a powered up Gyarados prior to the gym rework.Bite becoming legacyI cant think of an impact other than folks who use Gyarados (B/C or B/HP) as not the most efficient counter for Mewtwo, Gengar and Alakazam.Dragon Tail becoming legacyDragonite isn't a raid boss and Gyarados is not even close to the best counter.
