There is no information about who the masked royal could be. I thought that after the great enigma that was him in the the original Pokemon sun/moon we would get a bit more on who he was, but nothing.However ultra sun/moon are closely becoming my favourite Pokemon games to date if not already. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2i68WHa
