"Fairy still doesn't have a quick move"

#PokemonGO: Fairy-Type is still lacking a quick move. There's three candidates that would be ideal for a quick move, but two of them have current issues:Fairy Wind Is the only Fairy-Type move that deals damage and isn't currently in game. This would be a prime choice due to its wide distribution, but you run into a couple of snags. Whilst Clefable and Togetic can learn it, Granbull and Gardevoir cannot. Of course, Gardevoir has been shown using it during the Fairy-type reveal for Gen 6, but cannot actually learn it in game. Hopefully Niantic could simply say "close enough" and provide it.Disarming Voice could have been an excellent choice, but instead it already exists as a charge move Primarily learned by pokemon that are not fully evolved. Only two fully evolved pokemon get it; Delcatty and Exploud, and both would prefer Hyper Voice.Draining Kiss is perhaps the most bizarre one. This would be amazing, but it's a charge move exclusively learned by Jynx, Luvdisc, and Gorebyss.So what's the solution?Retconning Draining Kiss and/or Disarming Voice would be the easiest solution. Everything that can learn Draining Kiss can also learn Ice beam in the main Games, so Niantic could simply replace the charge version with a clone of Ice Beam, then reuse the assets as a slower quick move (Similar to Volt Switch). This could probably be done server side since Draining Kiss is already an existing move. Same goes for Disarming Voice; Everything that can learn it in game also learns Shock Wave or thunderbolt (Minus Swablu, but that could be given Moonblast or something).Out of the Fairy types currently in-game, the following learn Disarming Voice: Clefable, Wigglytuff, GardevoirGardevoir is the only Fairy-Type currently in game that learns Draining Kiss, but the majority of other pokemon that learn it are Fairy type, making it important for the future.As for Fairy wind, Togetic and Mawile, as well as Sylveon down the line and unreleased Fairies can learn it.
