"Is it too late to start Pokemon Go again?"

#PokemonGO: I’ve been playing Pokemon for 17 years, even until today, so when Pokemon Go came out I felt like a little child again.But alas, the fairy tale was temporary with all the issues it had in the first few months. I got until Lvl 22 before I stopped playing.Now that Gen 3 is in, and my favourite Milotic is here, I’ve the urge to start playing again with my girlfriend, starting a new account.I’m just worried that I might be too late to the party, with people having multiple legendaries and mewtwos left and right, while I’m starting as a Lvl 1 beginner again.Edit: Thanks for all the comments!
