"When Kyogre attacks twice, there is no window or a very, very small window to throw?"

#PokemonGO: When i try to curveball Kyogre when it's attacking, if it attacks again, the ball will miss automatically even if it hits the circle as if it was double attacking the ball without a gap, although there is a gap between attacks for each pokemon, but likely not this one.Is this true?
