"How many Pokemon do you have fully maxed out for your level? [Discussion]"

#PokemonGO: Title says it all. With escalating costs to power up both in terms of stardust and candy for diminishing returns how many Pokemon do you have completely maxed for your, level? What Pokemon are they and why did you decide to max them?I'm level 38 and have only 8 fully maxed out with IVS ranging from 93-100. All of them are meaningful for me but four of them are really meta relevant while the other four are usable but more powered up for personal than meta reasons.
