"Why all the hate for the trade system"

#PokemonGO: The trade/friend system is not even out yet and yet people seem determined to hate it. The most common reason I seem to see the the fact that ant the lowest friendship level it will cost 1 million stardust to trade for a legendary. The obvious solution to this is to level up friendships to get it down to a level you can trade at. I thought also that the new research quest would have mitigated this issue somewhat since everyone will get a chance to get every legendary if they are patient enough. If they made the cost lower then people would be paying for pokemon. With the high cost and randomization of iv's and cp they have made as fair a system as is possible with out it being exploited by cheaters into oblivion.Lets not forget that for a long time on this sub trading was viewed largely as a pipe dream that would never happen despite being in the initial trailer because it would be too easy to exploit. I am just glad we are getting trading and pvp fights at all. The system is not perfect but I it turned out better than I thought it would. There are no pokemon you can't trade and you can level up friendships to reduce the cost of high level trades. I had no hope of getting non US region exclusive pokemon before. Now I can eventually fill my dex without spending thousands on travel. The distance and stardust requirements are problematic for some but those requirements are necessary to prevent cheaters from abusing the system. At the very lest wait for trading to be live before judging its utility. This is just my two cents on the matter. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2Md06ky
