"[DISCUSSION] Would it ever be possible to have better rarer Pokemon spawn in less popular areas?"

#PokemonGO: I go for hikes a lot, and while I'm not a rural player, I'd love to have the experience of catching a good Pokemon in a forest or national park, but because of the way that spawns currently work, that can't happen. Do you think there is a way for Niantic to work it in so that better Pokemon spawn in forests/lakes/any cool environment where people aren't usually on there phones?
