"The inner sort for "sort by gift" shouldn't be alphabetical"

#PokemonGO: It's not a huge deal, but a really weird decision somewhere along the way.The original sort for friends list was the same as "sort by gift" now, only the inner sorts of each group was by friendship level - which to some extant made a lot of sense(you probably have higher friendship level with the friends you care about the most). With nicknames and sort by nicknames it would've made even more sense - you can give the friends you want to level up with a special nickname, "sort by nickname" to find them, and than move on to see only the friends who sent you gifts. But now the inner sorting by gifts is alphabetical, so you'll first see those with a number or "A" at the beginning of their name, even if you never want to waste one of your 20 daily gift openings on them, and so you have to skip them every time, making "sort by gift" almost useless if you care about who you are opening your gift from, and have enough friends to care about the sorting. It seems that the original sorting would make much more sense, but i my opinion, the best option is that inner sort of "sort by gift" would be by nickname, and wherever there are several players with the same nickname(especially no nickname), those players should be sorted by friendship level, since this is much more likely to be relevant than alphabetical sorting by name. This also applies to the regular "sort by nickname", which at this point it seems doesn't even have a consistent inner order, and loading more friends can suddenly have some of them appear between the previously loaded friends.TL;DR: current inner sort of "sort by gift" is by name, and would make a lot more sense if it would be by nickname->friendship level via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2vcqyUs
