"Gen IV Legendary Raids - Dust Investment Guide"

#PokemonGO: I was checking out Gen IV raid bosses to see where I needed to focus my stardust, so I created a guide for my local Discord. I figured I'd also share my findings here. I stopped playing the games after Gen III, so my familiarity with these Pokemon goes way downhill. The Lake Guardians:Uxie, Mesprit, and AzelfThese Pokemon are Psychic. You’ll want to use your Dark, Bug, and Ghost Pokemon. That means Tyranitar, Houndoom, Gengar, Banette, Scizor, and Pinsir. Gen IV Pokemon you might be able to use include Honchkrow, Weavile, Mismagius, Giratina, and Yanmega. The Creation Trio: Dialga, Palkia, and GiratinaDialga is Steel/Dragon. Talk about great typing. Your only SE counters will be Fighting and Ground. That means Machamp, Hariyama, Blaziken, Breloom, Groudon, Rhydon, Swampert, and Golem. Gen IV Pokemon you might be able to use include Gallade, Lucario, Garchomp, Mamoswine, and Rhyperior.Palkia is Water/Dragon. Your only SE counters will be Dragon and Fairy. That means Dragonite, Salamence, Rayquaza, Latios, Latias, Alolan Exeggutor, Gardevoir. For Gen IV Pokemon, you have the creation trio, Garchomp, and Togekiss.Giratina is Ghost/Dragon. Your SE counters are Ice, Fairy, Dragon, Ghost, and Dark. That means Dragonite, Salamence, Rayquaza, Latios, Latias, Alolan Exeggutor, Gardevoir, Gengar, Tyranitar, Banette, Houndoom, Alolan Ninetales, Alolan Sandshrew, Articuno (and other Ice Pokemon). For Gen IV Pokemon, you have the creation trio, Garchomp, Togekiss, Mismagius, Weavile, Honchkrow, Glaceon, and Mamoswine.Lunar Duo: Cresselia and DarkraiCresselia is Psychic. You’ll want to use your Dark, Bug, and Ghost Pokemon. That means Tyranitar, Houndoom, Gengar, Banette, Scizor, and Pinsir. Gen IV Pokemon you might be able to use include Honchkrow, Weavile, Mismagius, Giratina, and Yanmega.Darkrai is Dark, but it’s also a mythical Pokemon. It probably won’t show up as a raid boss. If it does, you’ll want to use Fighting, Bug, or Fairy. That means Machamp, Hariyama, Blaziken, Breloom, Pinsir, and Scizor. For Gen IV Pokemon, there’s Lucario, Yanmega, and Togekiss.HeatranHeatran is Fire/Steel. Another pokemon with great typing. You’ll want to use Ground. That means Groudon, Rhydon, Golem, and Swampert. If you don’t have Ground, use Water or Fighting. That means Kyogre, Gyarados, Vaporeon, Machamp, Hariyama, or Blaziken. For possible Gen IV Pokemon, there’s Rhyperior, Mamoswine, Garchomp, Lucario, Gallade, Empoleon, or Palkia.RegigigasRegigigas is Normal. You’ll want to use Fighting. That means Machamp, Hariyama, Blaziken, Breloom. For Gen IV, there’s Lucario or Gallade. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2KR3bWa
