"7km Regional RNG is Horrible"

#PokemonGO: So, I have been hatching 7km eggs like crazy this month looking for those elusive regional 'mons. The chances of getting one seem so miniscule. However, today I opened two 7km simultaneously. And what was in them, but two Mr. Mimes. The only regional I have, seeing as I live in Europe. That's a 1/16 chance, assuming you actually get a regional in the egg. 1/64 chance of it being the one Pokémon you already have.
