"Be Kind"

#PokemonGO: As with any new generation release, this sub is way more active than usual. I've been checking out /new way more than usual and I have been noticing a disturbing amount of sarcasm and vitriol directed at people asking questions, posting observations they find interesting, or searching for answers to bugs.As a reminder to everyone, the third goal of The Silph Road is "Helping Newbies to Improve and Learn". It does a disservice to the community to fill new posts with "Just search for it", "wow, this is the millionth time I've seen this!", or sarcastic comments about how someone has "an amazing new discovery!". There is nothing that will turn away new members to the Road faster than having someone jump down their throat on their first post.It's not necessary. Generally, redundant questions/comments don't get upvoted. They don't clutter the sub. Being a dick to someone on the internet doesn't prove that you're smarter/better/more well informed.
