"Community: 'Quality of life' - feature request list"

#PokemonGO: We had an open feature request in our community and wanted to see what everyone’s wishes were for the game. Remember, a lot of the feature requests are submitted by people with over 50 million xp and who are doing 15 – 25 raids per day on average.Ready-up button during raids.Drop items and let other players pick it up (just like Ingress or maybe a trade for items feature).Raise the coin reward in gyms back to max 100 (maybe 50 per Pokemon/gym).Trading with Best Friends distance raised with 1km (not too far due to regional borders).An Intel Map just like Ingress, just for Pokestops and Gyms.Lure Module timer on a Pokestop.Shiny sparkles on the overworld for shinies (or a feature that Go+ notifies you about a shiny encounter).AR Feature for already caught Pokemon.Sort by Appraisal sentences.Adjust the X button, so it doesn’t float above de Evolve button.Counter for the amount of gifts you already opened.Prestige possibility (revert to lvl 1 with an extra badge).Raise the level cap for players (keep Pokemon at lvl 40 until the next rework).Shiny Charm if you have all Pokemon typing badges gold + level 40 as a requirement.Guaranteed Sinnoh Stone reward for 50km Adventure Sync (1 per week is just tedious).Possibility to change team once.Mass select trading (sitting 2 hours to trade 100 Pokemon per day is awful).Give us an option to alter our RNG chances a bit.What do you think of the list and should I send this to the support page of Niantic?​Edit: Thanks for all the replies guys!
