"If I see a male Sneasel raid boss from afar, is it necessarily going to be male at the catch phase?"

#PokemonGO: Yesterday there were two Sneasel raid bosses around me. I personally want a 100% IV female Sneasel, so I was hesitant to spend premium raid passes on these two considering they both appeared to be male (long hair) from outside. Completing both raids, they both turned out to be male at the catch phase. My question is, will the Pokemon in the catch phase always be the same gender for everyone who performs its raid? Does the appearance of the raid boss on top of the gym always indicate what gender it'll be?Thanks in advance! via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2FWQtrO
