"Trade of 28 level Pinsir to level 10 trainer only reduces it to level 20"

#PokemonGO: https://ift.tt/2F6lLdi has been some debate about whether trading a Pokemon to a trainer less than level 18 will reduce the Pokemon to their trainer level +2 or instead just reduce it to level 20. I convinced a friend to help me test this today with a new go account & hopefully the screenshots in this album will help convince people! Let me know if there's something else I can share that could help prove it more too!The low level account also caught a Dialga, which is level 20 ( last screenshot ). We couldn't trade that due to dust cost, but if I can finagle some help, maybe we can battle for 30 days to get to ultra friends and trade for 1600 & to show that Dialga won't be reduced below level 20 either.Note that it might have originally worked the other way, based on previous posts: https://ift.tt/2NZMz1B I realized that the trade cost for Dialga is only 20K, since both accounts have it.
