"Hateful/problematic property owner has pokéstop on edge of his property."

#PokemonGO: So in my town, there is an older guy who's known for escalating problems to the point where he brandishes his gun. He has a memorial on the edge of his property which has become a pokestop. I'm worried that someone is going to get shot for being in the wrong place. Is there any way to have it removed without involving him?
