"Previously untagged EX Gyms are now giving EX passes!"

#PokemonGO: Our community have observed this, and we think it is important to share as it could indicate that Niantic have updated their OSM tags.We previously had three gyms in our local park, one of which was an established EX gym and received the tag as soon as the tags were introduced. We then added two new gyms, one of which was eligible according to OSM, but which had no tag and gave no passes despite being heavily raided. After Lapras day, this new gym received the EX tag AND awarded passes for June 3rd.Has anyone else observed similar?
