"The latest update broke everything regarding distance calculation"

#PokemonGO: I downloaded the newest update today and to my horror my app doesnt keep track of the distance anymore. This is all on Android btw.When I walk my dog I always take a 4km route. However for some reason the app is barely registering 2km. Mind you this is with the app open all the time.Adventure sync is even worse. It just doesn't work anymore, not a single meter.Is there anyone who's experiencing the same? Or is there anything I can do about this? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2IgZdXG
