"Favorited Pokemons keep disappearing"

#PokemonGO: Hi, not sure if it's appropriate to post here but frankly I'm not sure where I can go or who else to approach now.My friend has been noticing that her pokemons disappear randomly. This has gone on for months now (since May 2019) and we still don't know how or why it happens. The pokemons that disappear from her box are usually favorited. When it first happened, she noticed that all her Porygons, Geodude and its evolution family, Machop and its evolution family and a bunch of other mons disappeared. We were puzzled because Porygons don't spawn all that often so any one that hatches from an egg will be favorited so it doesn't get transferred out by accident.There is no pattern to when it happens, and we don't know why it's these mons. So far, it's been:Magmar familyMachop familyGeodude familyJynx familyPorygon familyand most recently, her SHINY FEEBAS was gone too. She's used the in-game support and spoken to them but they just keep reiterating the same things - we don't have access to your accounts, you should favorite them so you don't accidentally transfer them, change your password etc etc.We initially suspected it could be a hacker or whatever so she did change her password but it still happened. And obviously those mons were favorited which is why it's more frustrating that this is happening to the favorited ones. Because you should not be able to transfer them out at all. We also thought perhaps someone was logging into account and trading them away but she has verified that all her traded mons are with players that she personally knows irl. She's tried to observe over a period of time if there's a pattern, if it happens regularly but nope, nothing regular about the occurrences.Right now I've suggested that she buddies with one of the prone-to-disappear mons and see how it goes.I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced/ is experiencing this...bug? And if there's any solution? Some googling led me to a few posts about other players' pokemons disappearing but those were dated a couple of years back... And the threads died, so I'm not sure if it's still happening to them.
