"Community Request: Review MORE Pokestops Than You Submit"

#PokemonGO: Finally, Pokestop submission and reviewing is live for level 40 Pokemon GO players. But as a former Ingress player, I believe that the main problem with that system was that Level 10 Agents could submit Portals, but only level 12 Agents could review them. Even including that, many players didn't care for reviewing portals and only submitted them. That imbalance quickly clogged the system and we reached a point where there are just too many submissions for the Ingress community to handle. For example, when PoGO reviewing was opened by mistake a couple of weeks ago, I finally got two submissions from 2017 approved. Two years of limbo. We don't want that to happen to PoGO players as well. Now add to that every level 40 PoGO USER submitting 7 Pokestop every two weeks. If we want to keep this system healthy, I encourage everyone to review as much as possible, but if you're not sure how much is enough, just review twice as many as you submit. If you submit 7 portals, review 14. But in general, as long as you review more than you submit it should be fine. That should be the responsible "cost" of submitting portals. That way we can quickly heal the clogs in the system and keep it healthy for a long time. Also, please submit and review with care! Dangerous submissions CAN hurt players.Thank you. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2KjOq0G
