They beat Milo on stream and got a message saying that you can now catch Pokemon up to level 25. I thought this was weird and that I had misinterpreted it. But no. They tried to catch a level 27 Sneasel and the game physically wouldn't let them. They got a prompt like what get trying to catch the ghost Marowak in Gen 1.Jesus Christ.
