"Make Meltan Shiny Again!"

#PokemonGO: Whatever the odds the little metal man would get, at least give Meltan his shiny chance back. This would make the Mystery Box interesting finally again. The Mystery Box is kinda useless in its current state... Once in all this time i got a good iv (93%) Meltan out of it, the rest is utter garbage iv-wise.
