"Unwanted username change?"

#PokemonGO: Has anyone's username magically changed without any action on your own? My username in the game is MowAlon. I've never messed with it - don't even know how. Suddenly, when I just opened the game a minute ago, I see my name in the game is MowAlon3. I didn't do that, and I'm not a fan of it. I really don't it's a hack.
